Emma was born in Mt. Vernon, Washington and raised in Port Huron, Michigan. After graduating from law school, she was employed as an associate attorney with the Seattle firm of Durham, Meyers and Jeffers, PLLC for approximately three years. In 2012, she attended Boston University School of Law and received her L.L.M. in Taxation. After receiving her L.L.M. she moved to Montana and joined the Firm of Poore, Roth & Robinson, P.C. as an associate.
In 2013, she was admitted to practice in all state and federal district courts in the State of Montana. She is also admitted to practice in the state of Washington.
Emma’s practice areas include civil litigation, employment and labor matters, business entity formation, business transactions, liquor licensing and gaming law, estate, trusts, and probate.
Emma graduated magna cum laude from Central Michigan University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Economics). She received her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2006. While in law school she was the managing editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. In 2012, she received her L.L.M. in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
