Cindy was born in Bellflower, California and raised in Butte. After graduating from law school she clerked for Justice Jim Regnier at the Montana Supreme Court in Helena from August 1999 through July 2000. Following her clerkship, she was employed as an associate attorney with the Missoula law firm of Datsopoulos, MacDonald & Lind, P.C., for approximately two years. Then she worked as an associate attorney at the Missoula office of Church, Harris, Johnson & Williams, P.C., for approximately four years. She returned to Butte in February 2006 and joined the Firm of Poore, Roth & Robinson, P.C. She has been a shareholder with the Firm since 2010.
In 2000 she was admitted to practice law in all state and federal district and appellate courts in the State of Montana. She was later admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Cindy’s practice areas involve all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment and labor matters. She also counsels businesses and governmental entities on employment and labor matters, contracts, and statutory and regulatory compliance. Her administrative practice areas include state and federal discrimination claims, wage claims, unemployment claims, and employment and labor grievances and arbitration proceedings. She also engages in appellate practice.
Cindy graduated from the University of Montana in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She received a Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 1999. While in law school she was an editor of the Montana Law Review and a teaching assistant in the law school’s legal research and writing program.
